Deputy Prime Minister of Montenegro for Foreign and European Affairs Mr Filip Ivanović, joined by Ms Milena Mumin, Chargé d’Affaires a.i., Second Secretary, Embassy of Montenegro in Warsaw; Ms Renata Gojković, Advisor; and Ms Sandra Madžarović, Advisor.
The discussions centered on how secure, user-friendly, and trusted digital services can be built and scaled in Montenegro. The delegation expressed interest in practical solutions for citizen-centric services, while B.EST Solutions highlighted its role as a digital ecosystem builder – bringing together the foundational elements needed for sustainable digital transformation, from secure mobile identity to interoperable platforms and governance frameworks.
